Beef Stuffed Bell Pepper Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. each: ground cumin seed and oregano leaves
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. tortilla or corn chips
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
    Discard seeds and stems. Arrange, cut side up, in baking pan about 9 x 13-inch.
    Sprinkle the salt in a frying pan.
    Place over medium heat.
    Add the beef, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano and chili powder.
    Cook, stirring frequently, until crumbly, about 5 minutes.
