Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 can chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
    Pour hash brown potatoes into this casserole dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Spoon mixture over potatoes.
    Melt butter and add corn bread stuffing mix.
    Blend well.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 10 servings.
