*Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very thick.
    Slowly add lemon juice, then seasonings and then butter, beating after each addition.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Can be kept in the refrigerator and used as desired. Warm to room temperature before using so as not to cool off food on which you are using it.
