Baked Macaroni And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. macaroni and cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni following package directions.
In a large skillet, saute onion in butter.
Add tomatoes, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in contents of cheese packet.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese slices and return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
