Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raisins
2 c. cold water
2 c. lard
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ???
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. nuts
4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Boil the raisins for 15 minutes in 2 cups water.
Remove from stove and put a cup of cold water on them.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
