Cheesecake - cooking recipe

12 graham crackers
5 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend graham crackers, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar and pat firmly in bottom of buttered spring-form pan.
Mix cream cheese until creamy.
Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until creamy.
Fold slowly into cheese mixture.
Pour over graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until cake is brown.
Take out.
