Melodi Corr'S Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. ground allspice
1 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine spices, mixing well.
Stir in applesauce; mix well. Dust cutting board with cinnamon.
Roll out like cookie dough, about 3/8-inch thick.
Using cookie cutter, cut into desired shapes.
Make a hole in the top of each ornament with a straw or toothpick for hanging.
Let dry on a flat surface for about 1 week, turning every 12 hours.
