Apple Or Pear Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 apples or pears
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice
    fruit into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg and mix until crumbly.
    Put on top of fruit.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over flour mixture and drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fruit is tender and topping is browned.
