Philadelphia Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
1 1/3 c. Baker's coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Beat sugar, milk and cream cheese.
Fold in coconut, then Cool Whip.
Spoon into pie shell.
Freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting.
