Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 jar pimento
    2 carrots, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing.
    Put in bottom of dish. Reserve 3/4 cup of stuffing mix to put on top.
    Mix all other ingredients and put in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
