Baked Mustard Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    3 Tbsp. fresh Parmesan
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken breasts.
    Spread with mustard mix and coat with crumb mix.
    Bake in a shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
