Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
water to moisten
Preparation
-
Shape into balls.
Brown in vegetable oil.
Yield:
16 to 18 meatballs.
Add to tomato sauce and cook accordingly.
