Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites
    2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut breasts in small strips.
    Mix egg whites and milk together.
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and lots of black pepper in paper bag.
    Dip chicken strips in egg mixture.
    Drop in bag and shake until coated. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Repeat steps with remaining strips. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes, turning strips once.
