Gone-All-Afternoon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    cooked or frozen peas
    2 onions, chopped
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in a large casserole dish with lid.
    Mix well.
    Cover and bake 5 hours.
    No need to brown meat ahead.
    Or, put all ingredients in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours.
