Lemon Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    6 to 8 drops yellow food color
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and freeze in an ice cream freezer 10 to 15 minutes or until ice cream freezer stops turning.
