Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, baked
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation

In a large bowl cream together potatoes and butter.
Slowly add other ingredients.
When well blended bake in a 9-inch pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and cook 55 minutes.
