Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2 c. (full) chopped zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix moist ingredients.
Combine mixtures.
Bake in paper lined muffin tins 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or 2 loaves zucchini bread, 350\u00b0 1 hour.
