Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until potatoes are done.
    Bring to boil the next 5 ingredients and add to potato mixture.
    Simmer. When ready to serve, may add 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    May add diced ham if you like.
