Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 bud garlic
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 small onion
    1 pt. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Put water in a cup; add vinegar to make 2/3 cup.
    Put all in a blender; mix well.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Shake well before using.
