Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin until done, but firm.
    Cool, peel and grate on coarse grater.
    Melt butter and cheese.
    Add all ingredients and mix.
    Put in casserole; dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Best served 15 minutes after coming from oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
