Thai-Style Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c. chopped fresh mint leaves
    2 grilled skinless chicken breasts, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, chili powder, cilantro and mint; mix in the onions and mayonnaise.
    Stir in chicken.
    Chill well.
    Serve over lettuce.
    Serves 4 to 6.
