Lillian'S Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

In a small saucepan, place the cream cheese that has been softened to room temperature.
Blend in the egg yolks, one at a time.
Slowly stir in the lemon juice and a dash of salt.
Let mixture thicken over low heat, stirring constantly.
