Italian Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut up into cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans Hunt's ready tomato sauce (chunky Italian)
    1 pkg. dry pasta twists, cooked according to pkg. directions
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine the flour and spices.
    Add chicken cubes; toss until well coated.
    Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
    Add chicken; brown on all sides.
    Drain any leftover oil, then stir in sauce and heat through.
    Serve over hot pasta. Serves 3 or 4.
    Double if needed.
