Green Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    6 green apples
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    pastry for top crust
Preparation
    Peel, slice and core apples.
    Fill pie crust with apples to desired depth.
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; pour over apples and dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Seal edges and brush with melted butter.
    Make a small opening in center of top crust to allow steam to escape.
    Cook until apples are tender and juice bubbles and crust is golden brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
