Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
5 to 6 green onions, chopped with green tops
2 cloves garlic, sliced fine
handful finely chopped parsley
4 or 5 cans mushrooms, drained or 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 pt. chopped clams or 2 cans with liquid
1/2 c. white wine
cooked linguini, slightly drained
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation

In a large pan or pot, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Add and saute green onions, garlic, parsley and mushrooms.
Add clams and wine.
Simmer 20 minutes.
