Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, milk and eggs in pan.
Put remaining sugar in skillet to caramelize.
Cook both pans at the same time, stirring.
When sugar melts and turns light brown, the other mixture should begin to thicken.
Pour caramelized sugar into pudding; stir until thick.
Remove and add 1 teaspoon oleo and vanilla.
Pour into cooled, baked pie shell.
Top with meringue and brown.
