Creamed Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. cubed cooked ham
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. cooked egg noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet over low heat.
    Add onions, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook until soft.
    Stir in ham, lemon juice and sour cream.
    Heat 3 minutes.
    Arrange half of the noodles in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour in ham mixture.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.
