Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. pecans/walnuts
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in small saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Mix with spoon until thick enough to spread. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
