Chicken Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) jar mayonnaise
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chile peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Season chicken breasts and place on baking sheet and bake about 25 minutes in oven at about 250 degrees.
Remove from oven and cool.
When cool, shred.
Take shredded chicken and place in medium bowl.
Mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon chicken mixture into a baking dish.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
