Fried Wild Rabbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 rabbits, quartered
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. flour
    oil
    1/4 c. cooking wine
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Refrigerate rabbit overnight in milk and salt solution.
    Pat dry.
    Sprinkle pieces with pepper and paprika.
    Roll in flour. Fry in oil until brown, approximately 20 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add wine and butter to skillet.
    Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.

    45 minutes.
