Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 medium onion, minced (with sauce)
1 1/4 c. cracker or bread crumbs
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix everything together.
Shape into a microwave baking dish. Make an indentation in the top of the meat loaf.
Cook, uncovered, on Medium for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is cooked.
Cover and let it stand for 10 minutes.
