Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs. Beat well.
Add salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add apples.
Beat well. Add flour.
Beat well.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours or until done at 325\u00b0.
