Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake according to package directions.
    Pour half of batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels with milk and melted oleo.
    Blend mixture well and pour over cake.
    Sprinkle 3/4 cup nuts and chocolate chips over caramel mixture.
    Pour remaining batter over cake and sprinkle with nuts.
