Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Set aside potatoes, onion and celery.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Then mix all the ingredients together and let it chill several hours.
This is best the second day. Serves 4.
