Persimmon-Black Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda together.
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add well beaten eggs and combine with flour mixture. Add persimmon pulp and nuts.
    Line pans with greased waxed paper (2 loaf pans).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
