White Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
2/3 c. cold water
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and syrup until it reaches the soft-ball stage in cold water. Whip eggs stiff. Pour syrup gradually over whites, beating with electric beater until of spreading consistency. This icing pours instead of your having
to spread it on cake.
