Professor'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 stick butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 grated onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, topping with crumbs.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
