Anna'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box bran flakes cereal with raisins
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix with wooden spoon dry ingredients.
    Add the beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Fill muffin tins 2/3.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Mix can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
