Enchilada Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    chopped onions
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
    tortillas
    shredded or chopped chicken (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan; add flour to make paste.
    Add chicken broth to make heavy sauce.
    When thick, add green chilies and sour cream.
    Saute tortillas in skillet.
    Fill tortillas with chopped onions and cheese.
    Place in pan and pour sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese.
    May add chicken to filling for tortillas.
    Place in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
