Veal Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. veal
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 onion
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; spread on waxed paper.
    Roll meat on both sides.
