Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    milk
    sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Layer tomatoes, bell pepper, salt and pepper with generous sprinkles of sugar (maybe 1 tablespoon, heaping).
    Make as many layers as pan will hold.
    Cut cheese into Bisquick.
    Add enough milk to make a soupy batter.
    Pour over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; reduce to 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
