Gazpacho Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cod fish
    1 large or 2 small avocados
    1 medium onion
    1/4 head lettuce
    1 tomato
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. cilantro
Preparation
    Take some of the salt out of the cod fish; boil several times, changing the water each time or leave it for 6 hours in tap water, changing the water every 2 hours.
