Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork; add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Stir until mixed well; bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 to 55 minutes. Place baking dish in pan containing hot water.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg, if desired.
