Port Wine Cranberry Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cranberry cocktail juice
3 c. sugar
3 oz. Certo liquid pectin
3/4 c. Port wine (Gallo)
Preparation

Blend cranberry juice and sugar over low heat. Bring to a rapid full boil. Boil 1 minute. Add Certo liquid. Again bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Add wine and again bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
