Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 medium onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    2 carrots
    1 chicken
    4 Tbsp. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown rice in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Cook rice in 1 cup water after browning.
    Cook chicken.
    In 2 tablespoons oil saute sliced onion, sliced pepper, diced celery and sliced carrot.
    Remove chicken from bone and add to vegetables.
    Stir in rice.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve.
