Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups diced potatoes
    6 cups water
    1 cup celery cubed
    1 cup onions diced
    1 cup carrots cubed
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
    1 pound Velveeta cheese melted
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients until tender; add broth, Cream of Chicken soup and melted cheese. Delicious served with corn bread.
