Ingredients

2 c. bread flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 eggs, separated
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Keep whites of eggs for last and beat them until fluffy.
Mix remaining ingredients together by hand.
Fold beaten egg whites into batter gently.
Bake and enjoy.
