Marie'S Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together 2 cups flour and the yeast. Melt margarine, milk and sugar in a saucepan (about 120\u00b0).
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add egg and beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Using wooden spoon, stir in remaining flour, using as much as you can.
