Ken'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boiled, diced potatoes
2 Tbsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 (1 qt.) jar mayonnaise/salad dressing (omit sugar if using salad dressing)
onion
celery
7 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except eggs and potatoes, in a bowl.
Let stand at least 10 minutes to let flavors mingle.
Mix in eggs that have been sliced or chunked and the potatoes.
