Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    2 carrots, grated
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 large green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper and salt in large metal mixing bowl.
    Cover and let stand 2 hours.
    Drain.
    Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, cover and freeze.
    Slice and serve.
